How can we create an organisational culture that contributes to creativity and innovation?

On Monday 15th May, our CEO Jason Foo was warmly welcomed onto the Helping Organisations Thrive podcast by its host, Julian Roberts.

Jason and Julian chat all about our purpose as a brand and cultural transformation company, which is to build and grow brands from which the world benefits. Everything we do at Perfect Storm revolves around this idea, and it is so important that everyone within the organisation acts and works in support of our purpose, as this is at the core of all our creativity and innovative ideas.

A talk about our company culture could not be had without getting into our three main mantras - the ideas that are always floating in the background, and govern the work that we do:

We're radiators not drains. Everyone we seek to bring into the business, as well as how we work, is with the aim to bring energy to all that we do. We avoid those who drain energy from situations.

We're drivers not passengers. We know that ideas are nothing without momentum - you need those who will keep the ideas alight, and drive them to the finish line.

We take our work seriously but ourselves less so. We're not robots, we're real people, and the work we put out into the world can only be enabled by a team of great people who all feel like they can be themselves.
